tissit2368 - Ok, this one was a tricky pony to finish. My trustworthy Yamaha DX-200 had started to collect some dust on the shelf and I decided to blow the dust off,hook it up and mess around. 90% of the track is recorded straight to audio with overdubbing by just jamming everything in. Surprisingly the track started to sound
kind of good so I started adding some layers (bringing in some other tools too) but still just overdubbing and recording straight to audio. As a result, editing afterwards or changing something was either difficult or impossible. As a cherry on top the whole thing was done with headphones so afterwards listening to it with speakers the trebles were making my ears bleed and all the neighborhood dogs were running for cover. So the final track had to be smoothed down to decent levels.
Sadly the whole track lost some precense in the process. Enough of tech talk, nevertheless it's still ended up as quite a nice pounding track. Spacious dubstep-ish tune with lots of layers and details evolving into four-on-the-floor olschool-trancey thing-ish-amabob. Oh and the name... nevermind.
